All referees that work TCSL matches must be certified with the U.S. Soccer Federation through the Minnesota State Referee Committee.

TCSL Score Reporting

IMPORTANT: Center referees must complete a report in GotSport following EVERY match. Event ID/pin numbers are contained on the rosters which each team provides.

TCSL follows all U.S. Soccer Mandate information. This includes no heading and build out lines at 9U/10U. There are no further modifications!

Adult (18+) Referees

Background Screening

All adults 18+ must complete a background screening annually.

SafeSport Training

All adults 18+ must complete an annual SafeSport requirement. More information is contained within the Minnesota SRC certification process.
